There are ten recognized general physical skills. They are cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. You are as fit as you are competent in each of these ten skills. A training regimen develops fitness to the extent that it improves each of these ten skills.
Due to its amazing ability to prepare any participant for the unknown and unknowable, CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. CrossFit has used the same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.
The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our terrorist hunters, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.Thousands of athletes worldwide have followed our workouts posted daily on CrossFit.com and distinguished themselves in combat, the streets, the ring, stadiums, gyms, and homes.

Is CrossFit Right for Me?
If you are someone who:
- Would like to get into shape, possibly the best shape of your life;
- Desires accountability and camaraderie in working out;
- Is tired of the same old gym routine;
- Wants to eat things that will make your body thrive and increase your health;
- Does not have hours a day to devote to exercising;
- Needs to get faster or stronger in your sport, OR
- Has hit a plateau with your current training regime;
Then CrossFit is for YOU. Every workout is different, and since you will rarely do the same thing twice, you are less likely to lose interest or get bored than if you were doing the same circuits at the gym three days a week. Because our workouts are rarely more than 45 minutes long they can fit into even the busiest schedules. You will be educated in proper nutrition and how to give your body the fuel it needs to run at the highest level.
Finally, CrossFit is FUN! Our coaches and participants are welcoming, supportive, and committed to creating an environment where everyone can succeed.We love what we do and know that you will too!
